Ακολουθεί τη φιλοσοφία του λογισμικού ανοικτού κώδικα και υποστηρίζει την υπηρεσία Ασύγχρονης Τηλεκπαίδευσης χωρίς περιορισμούς και δεσμεύσεις.
Η πρόσβαση στην υπηρεσία γίνεται με τη χρήση ενός απλού φυλλομετρητή (web browser) χωρίς την απαίτηση εξειδικευμένων τεχνικών γνώσεων.
